CEC Certified
Energy Efficiency
Stanbury chargers provide some of the highest peak efficiencies, total conversion efficiencies, and charge return factors, all while delivering the lowest at-rest losses.
Rugged
Power Units
Stanbury chargers are custom built in-house with industrial grade components to meet the specific demand of the application. Our modules are engineered to last a lifetime in even the toughest conditions.
Immune to
Hot Disconnect
Our robust, industrial components and lightning fast gate control completely eliminate the risk of hot disconnect, providing added operator safety. Model options available up to 104kW in DC output.
Ready to power any mixed fleet
With the added flexibility of the Apex controller, it’s easier than ever to run an extremely diverse mixed fleet of rolling stock with one simple charging solution.

Engineered to adapt to mixed fleet chemistry
The Universal charger provides the flexibility to charge a diverse mix of vehicle types and voltages – benefiting today’s mixed fleet, rental fleet, and tomorrow’s Lithium fleets, as battery technology evolves.
The Universal charger uses an intricate layered heat-sink to create turbulence in the natural flow of air with no moving parts. Our true Solid-State design improves reliability by eliminating the need to replace fan motors, or air filters, and eliminates risk of air contaminants being pulled into the charger cabinet. By using industrial grade parts and a solid-state cooling system, we more than double the useful life of the average force-cooled charger. The cost to own in that period is further reduced by eliminating the need for preventative maintenance.

Future-Proof Your Operation
Output Voltage Flexibility
Apex allows multiple DC voltage outputs, providing flexibility to charge a mixture of different vehicle types.
Communication Flexibility
Whatever comms platform the future may hold, the Apex controller is ready for it (RS485, CAN, PLC, etc.).
Profile Logic Flexibility
Bespoke profile options allow multiple capacity and chemistry combinations to be charged.
Auxiliary Control Flexibility
Works in tandem with any external control system.
Thermal Adaptation
Provides dynamic response to battery temperature while gauging ambient temperature.
Save Big on infrastructure
All Stanbury chargers are available in Multi-Port variations. With two charging ports connected to a single AC supply, building infrastructure costs are reduced. When existing single port chargers are replaced with dual-port chargers vehicle fleet operations can grow without additional AC circuits being installed.

Save space in the warehouse
The Stanbury Electrical Engineering Dual Port charger reduces costs by simplifying installation. Only one AC circuit needs to be run to support two battery charging positions, and one bracket set needs to be wall-mounted to support two charging ports.
